Chapter 1 A Normal Day Somewhat _____________________________________ Faro Pyres ran down the cobblestone pathway of Phoenix Village as fast as he could rush to get back home. "Of all the days I had to be late," Faro thought as he hulled his satchel of supplies over his left shoulder that carried the steel for his father's next project. Faro's father was the local village black smith and because of recent demand in orders for weaponry, Faro was sent as the errand boy more or less now days. Slowing down to a walk Faro opened the wooden door to his home.
